With over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry, Nicolla brings deep expertise and practical insight to every client engagement. Her career began in accounting and auditing firms, where she built a strong technical foundation before going on to establish her own accounting practice. This entrepreneurial experience, combined with exposure to a wide range of industries, has shaped her well‑rounded and solutions‑focused approach.
Nicolla later expanded her career into senior financial management roles, gaining hands‑on experience within the manufacturing and retail sectors. This background allows her to understand the financial challenges businesses face from both an advisory and operational perspective.
Outside of work, Nicolla is a proud mother of two boys. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and is an avid sports enthusiast, with a particular passion for rugby.
